Fitness Challenge Day 14

Hello, readers! Time has flown by very quickly, hasn't it? We're already on day 14 of my 30 day fitness challenge! For today's workout, I did 25 jumping jacks, 40 push ups, and sprinted 5 miles today. As always, drink plenty of water and eat healthy. Take breaks when you need to! If you have any medical conditions, don't push yourself and try to exceed your limits. Doing so could put your health in danger.
